Our systems manage the flow of millions of brochures a month across multiple regions for both individual advertisers and publications.

Title: Regional Sales Representative: KZN Area

 

Purpose: Sell Brochure Management Kwa-Zulu Natal tourism services, display units and the online marketing concept.

 

Duties: Acquire new sites in which to display Brochure Management Boards. To acquire new tourism brochures to distribute both online and through our network. Ad Hoc duties required by the Regional Manager from time to time.

 

Competencies: Must be able to work according to deadlines and meet targets.
Must be able to work under pressure. Must have 2-3 years sales experience.

 

General: Commission structure is:
1. 30% for new client contracts
2. 10% for renewals of specific clients
3. Commission for securing Board Display sites

Unique Business
Brochure Management has filled a gap in the tourism industry by providing a viable national tourist information network. To our knowledge this business is the only one of its type in the world. Our business is a strong annuity based business with the bulk of our income generated by repeat transactions, from long term clients.

Information to Consider
• There are no guarantees as to the success of the business, however to date of the 17 franchises in existence 13 of them are the original owners
• No franchise has ever gone out of business
• Those that have sold have sold their businesses have done so for substantially more than their original investment
• This is not a get rich quick scheme and typically a franchise will take 1-2 years to reach sufficient critical mass for the business to make a profit
• Overheads are low and linked to turn-over
• The turnaround period is becoming shorter as our infrastructure and skills develop
• The International Association of Professional Brochure Distributors has found that Brochure Distribution companies are long term businesses e.g. Certified Folder the biggest company in the USA has been in existence for over 100 years! and most of the other member companies are at least 20 years or older.
• This is a hands on business and should be run by the owners during the first few years.
